When the fog lifts, the sea takes a seat
A small roastery at the end of Huinnyeoul Road. We roast beans and bake bread every morning. The window seats go to whoever comes first.
Haemu is the word here for sea fog. Come early and the window is white; by the time your coffee is half gone, the sea appears. We opened here because we love that hour.
We do three things

We roast on Tuesdays and Fridays
A little at a time. We write the roast date on every bag, and whatever isn't sold within two weeks goes to the pour-over bar. We never sell old beans.

Bread, mornings only
The dough is made the night before and baked at seven. Most days it's gone by eleven — which is why so many people come early.

Twelve seats by the window
No reservations. Whoever comes first sits there. Sit by the window on a foggy morning and you'll see why.
